Much of the Red Rover's physical appearance is now unknown, as she hasn't been seen in civilian form or without her hat in years. She appears to be just over five and a half feet in height, of average feminine build and shape, and was last described as appearing to be around 20 years of age. Mostly she can be identified by her Uniform, descriptions of which are difficult to corroborate. All accounts agree it's a maroon red in color, fading to black gloves and boots, and featuring a matching high-collared red cloak and a hat which obscure the wearer's face. Accenting this are a brooch, belt and boot buckles, and hatpin in the shape of gold crosses; also on the hat is a large white wing.

Transformation Trigger: An antique medal in the shape of a cross. It becomes a large hatpin after transformation.

Weapon: Primarily what appears to be a double-barrelled elephant rifle. It shapeshifts to a certain extent when used in conjunction with Powers, and the stock is fashioned in the likeness of a stylized wing.

Power 1: Storm Rider (buff, Fleetness)

Power 2: Bombardier Barrage (projectile attack, Burn) - the rifle splits into a pair of oversized pistols best described as hand-cannons, allowing for a two-fisted rapid-fire stream of explosive ammunition.

Signature Move: Precision Bolt (energy attack, Paralysis) - the rifle elongates and grows a tripod and sight, allowing for a sniper attack at 2-3x normal distance.



About: The Red Rover has been seen in almost every populated country, though never up close. She hasn't been reported as speaking when encountered in at least ten years. Her tactics appear to be to assess situations from a safe location before acting, then either to fire from a distance or leap into the battle herself; in either case she will assist any Magical Girls already on the scene and then depart as quickly as possible.



She seldom stays in one place for any length of time and seems to have no home base - all tracking must be done by last known location and predictions based on her past actions. While she relies on her signature weapon in combat, she is also known to utilize her transformation trigger as a dirk or small rapier when in close quarters. Her kill record is perfect to date.
