The Bureau
US Branch. Politically neutral territory for Magical Girls. It rubs real estate shoulders with - among other neighbors - the United Nations, UNICEF and Trump Towers, and is within easy travel distance of any number of international embassies.

Luckily, there are onsite dorms and a cafeteria, since travel around town for anyone but locals and frequent visitors can be harrowing at the best of times.
