Deus Name: Kerrick Wray
Gender: Male
Appearance:  REFERENCE
Very tall and rather dark-skinned, with piercing dark eyes and curly hair.  He usually wears small rectangular glasses, though he tends to try and hide these if he has to go outside and will deny the need for them.  Kerrick prefers light-colored, slouchy clothing.  His parents send him care packages now and then, so he has a few outfits to choose from, though he doesn't really think about fashion too much in terms of himself.  He has a weird ability to make anything other than casual clothing seem like a formal uniform, and his general silence and bad habit of staring at people usually get him marked as a creeper.
Bio:  His obvious mixed heritage, appearance and general social awkwardness make it difficult for Kerrick to go outside and wander around like most everyone else does.  Luckily, he can take his classes online or otherwise telecommute, which just feeds his desire to stay in his room and stick to the computer.  While he comes across as relatively well-spoken online, in person he seems like an entirely different person, given his extreme formality of speech and general awkward nature.  Most of his understanding of how to deal with people stems from a lifetime of playing video games.  He particularly enjoys dating sims of all kinds and if actually able to talk about them, would do so at length and probably in great detail.  Too bad most people can't really get him to talk.
Kerrick has managed to at least turn his love of games into a talent for programming; he's quite good with computers, if nothing else.  He also has an eye for character design and while he can't sew, he does keep a sketchbook and pencils in his bag whenever he goes out.  He's particularly fond of sketching his Angel.





Angel Name: Cricket
Gender: Female
Appearance: Very short for an Angel - almost laptop sized, but solidly built despite her petite appearance.  Pale skin, light green eyes, and white-yellow short tako-model tentacles pulled up into a small bun with the ends curling towards her face.  When on the Layers she wears a simple, practical outfit consisting of a black button-down shirt, black knee-high heeled boots, white high-waisted shorts and a long white coat with the sleeves usually rolled up.  Otherwise her wardrobe largely consists of a startling array of lolita-style dresses and combinations of things, each one frillier and lacier than the last.
Bio: Cricket was designed to look and act like her Deus's favorite dating-sim girl, and for the most part she does...with some exceptions.  She's somewhat less retiring than Kerrick is (but still shy) and if not kept hold of, has a tendency to wander off when they're out and about, picking up random objects she finds to show off to him if he can catch up in time.  At home she's as attached to the computer as he is, rambling around the internet.
On the Layer she relies on stealth tactics, where her light coloration comes in especially handy.
