...well, welcome back to the reboot of Crosspoint.
It's a new year, and hopefully some new faces soon. Roleplay via forum has been dying off for a while, migrating to places like Tumblr and other platforms. We're not quite ready to give up on our old favorite pastime just yet - but it's taking a backseat to more general day-to-day discussion. We'd like to get back a little bit to the good old days of forum communities, meeting new people, and sharing with each other.
(that, and I really don't want to scrap all my stuff on here; that was a ton of work)
So come on in, bring some friends, and let's get SOCIABLE!

The rules and guidelines are intended to be flexible, to allow for creativity within the boundaries of established canon, and to encourage everyone to police themselves. They're built around the understanding that the we are all rational human beings. This means we assume everyone practices common sense and common courtesy. If you and another member are having issues, we trust that you will solve your problem in a civilized manner. If your problems persist and accelerate to the level of public posting and/or harassment of each other on the board, you each will get a warning.
We have a three (3) strike policy. Warnings are warnings, and 3 is all you get.
It's always useful to have a well-developed four-letter-word vocabulary, but try not to overdo the swearing.
As for anything else, some triggery words are filtered, but we trust people to control themselves.

- We're not elitists around here, but we do speak a lot of English. If you're confused and need some clarification, feel free to ask for help.
- Sometimes everyone needs to vent - we have a place just for that. HOWEVER, please refrain from flaming other sites or players, and don't name names.
- No trolling or organized campaigns for such.
- No politics, religion, or other hot-take topics.
- Advertising for other boards or fansites is fine, but please do not spam.
- Members get "Bits" for posting - 1B/post. These are displayed on your mini profile. They're meant to be used as a non-earth-money currency on the forum, for art trades or exchanging any Advent items.

Advent Calendar - during the month of December, go to the Calendar to 'collect' items. Most are just shiny and fun, but those deemed useful in-game will be added to the active players' inventories. If you use an item, it will be removed from your inventory.
Scavenger Hunts - sometimes there might be items hidden around the forum. Grab them if you like (or opt out by adding yourself to the 'Just Here to Mingle' group) for fun or...maybe even profit.
Contests and Challenges - watch the Art board! Members can run contests or challenges when and if they wish, and may offer prizes to the winners.

Maginate Duel, a creative card game being developed by our very own HA Senidal.
AL: Shinjuku Story, an Angelic Layer roleplay with a sideline crossover into Splatoon.
